It's hard for me to believe my baby is now 18 months old, walking all over, babbling (talking?), and is considered a toddler. But the good news is he is now officially in nursery at church. This means I might actually learn something when I go! Although I'm glad for this new step it's bittersweet because it's just another reminder that he is no longer a baby.
Tyler is doing so much better this last month. When he went in last week for his follow up with the GI doctor we learned he had gained a pound in the last month. Which brought his weight up to 19 lbs!! He's probably still not even on the growth chart- and if he is it's not by much- but at least he's making progress. First time he's gained any weight in a while. Since the medicine has started taking effect around Memorial Day he has shown dramatic improvement. There's still a ways to go and we take him in for occupational therapy to work on strengthening his jaw muscles. And he's not the greatest eater. But at least he's eating! Go Tyler!
